Lies and Carbon Truths

Sebastian Mallaby of the Washinghton Post, writes that all the tech fantasies about solving global warming are just that if we rely on engineering alone. As teh Untited States is the largest source of emissions in the world, without that we cannot win this war against ourselves and the whole planet. Mallaby asserts that to believe otherwise or promote anything less, is to lie about our cicrcumstances, somemthing this American administration has long since proved it is a master at- lies that destroy worlds, that is.
